Please mark your calendar for Friday, May 13th and Saturday, May 14th for our Spring Conference in the Triangle.
A Note from President-Elect Pat Orrange:
The Forum’s Spring Meeting weekend promises to be exciting and different.
Friday evening, there will be a networking reception at the beautiful North Carolina Museum of Art and a tour of the exhibit – “Mirror Images: Women Portraying Women.” The reception is set for 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. There will be a docent available to guide us through the exhibit before and after the reception. Please plan to bring a guest. This will be an ideal opportunity to introduce potential members to the Forum.
Saturday’s meeting and program will be at Campbell Law School on Hillsborough St. in downtown Raleigh. The keynote speaker is the Honorable Linda Tarr-Whelan, noted author and women’s leadership expert. The title of her presentation is, “What it Would be like if Women Ruled America.” Ms. Billie Redmond, businesswoman and Chair of the Wake Med Board and NC Representative Angela Bryant will react to the presentation. We will then open for discussion from the floor.
A detailed agenda and registration forms are available in the member center of this web site.
