Women’s Forum 40th Anniversary and 2016 Fall Meeting

Women’s Forum of North Carolina: 40th Anniversary

Join the Women’s Forum of North Carolina as we celebrate 40 Years of Progress and Plan for 40 Years of Possibilities

On October 13, 1976, a group of 15 women leaders from North Carolina announced plans to organize the Women’s Forum of North Carolina. The State was much different in 1976… or was it? In the 40 years since the November 20, 1976, organizing meeting in Greensboro, women in North Carolina have experienced progress and setbacks, but have always focused on asserting our collective power to influence and impact change. The Women’s Forum network and influence are needed now more than ever. Please join us to reaffirm your commitment to securing social, economic and political power for the women of North Carolina.

All events will be at the Meredith College Belk West Dining Hall.
